  1. When i open file with virual dub error message said: Virtual dub has detected an improper VBR audio encoding in the souce AVI file and rewrite the audio header with standard CBR vaule during processing for better compatibility. This may introduce up to 488804 ms of skew from video steam. if this is unacceptable; decompress the *entire audio stream to an compress waved wave file and recompress with a constant bitrate encoder (bitrate:142.5+/_ 25.1 kbs)

    First, you ignore the warning...

The audio could be AC3, so you need to save it out and convert it, or save it out already converted. Depending on what you have installed do this.

    Vdub
    1
    Audio > full processing mode
Audio > Compression > PCM (Default)
    Audio > Conversion > 44.1Khz
    SAVE WAV

    2
    Audio > Direct stream copy
    SAVE WAV
Rename to .AC3 and use headac3he to convert to WAV

    3
    Use Vdub AC3

Now use the WAV and original AVI in TMPGEnc
