    Hi

    I have a question cencerning to encode a DVD to SVCD.
    I got several SVCD´s which fit on two 700 mb cds. If i want to encode a dvd myself in dvdx for example, it says it would need 3 cds. How can i store a dvd on two cds? and which prog is good (best) to do the job?

    Get a bitrate calculator from Tools section. It will show you what bitrate you need to fit DVD into 3 CDs. Answer to your second qquestion:
    Smart Ripper --> DVD2AVI --> CCE, or DVD2SVCD.
