Hello .. I am a New Guys On The VCD Making

currently i using The Snazzi III Usb2 Gold edition , I can make good DVD Picture .. but when make VCD , the picture became litle boxes

my question is how i make VCD like DVD Copy Via MPEG2 File ( Like DVD Copy)

You could always capture to mpeg2 and reencode to VCD using Tmpgenc (www.tmpgenc.net), that should give you better quality. Not that I think the VCD quality of the Snazzi III is that bad really...
