In a "what is" SVCD (on the left column) is a SVCD vs VCD table that shows Super Video CD has audio surround sound MPEG-2 (5+1) extension. Is it truth? Or it support only 4 mono or 2 stereo channels?

oh..it definitely supports it....but its not dolby digital. It supports mpeg multichannel surround. So don't get your hopes up, most say only philips players will pass the mpeg mc audio, others just play the stereo track (its backwards compatible with stereo). Even if your player does pass the stream I have seen a whopping 1 receiver (though i am sure there are others) that would decode the stream.....it was an Onkyo btw.
