Picture before vcds begins

Hello,

I saw the help from nero but still dont get it;
How can i make a bmp of jpg or whatever picture in screen 2 or 3 or 5 seconds and then let the vcd.

I mean i have some live shows but they start without a screen of what show it is. I want to burn them to vcd but first would like to have a screen presenting for example nirvana reading 92 show, and then a nice picture of the band in the background, so just a bmp for 3 seconds and then letting the movie begin..


I hope you guys get me , can u please try and explain it to me and help me
