Hi There
Could anyone suggest a good video editing card for me ? I need a card to capture from S-vhs from my camera then to edit it and hopefully transfer to my pioneer DVD writer.
I am very new to all this this and it seem's like a a mindfield at the moment so don't know where to start I would be very grateful for any help anyone can give me , forgot to mention the card has to be able to capture NTSC and Pal.
Many Thanks
Vernon.
