    All the vcd, svcd release I get are 90% green block and the sound tickles, I play the mpg from the bin file, if I burn it and plays it in my dvd or in my computer the results is the same.

    I may not have the answers for you, but I will take the time to reply as I know its frustrating.

    Some checks you could do is:-

    Make sure you the latest Codecs downloaded (see this website). Also make sure its teh right format - e.g. PAL/NTSC.

    Are these titles you have made yourself or have purchased?

    I got all the codecs but these are supposed to be vcd and svcd compliant so don't need them, some are pal some are in ntsc but do this don't do anything when you watch the file on a cpu, these are not purchased
