Ripping Swordfish - alternative endings?

I friend has lent me his original of Swordfish (R2). When I've gone to rip it, I can rip the main movie OK in SmartRipper, as it selects the files needed in movie mode. However, he says there's two alternative endings on the disk. How do I get to these? Which files are they? It seems to just run on; do I need to rip different vobs for these endings?

Yeah I'm needing the same info. So far I've checked numerous sites and have yet found a program to find the VOB files. Let me know if you ever find one. bzouiden1675@msn.com, thanks

All the extra content on dvds is stored on additional vob files. Movie mode is just that, it only selects the vobs which contain the actual movie. If you want any additional vobs then open smartripper in file mode and select the correct vobs. I usually just rip all the vobs to the harddrive and sort them out later but if you just want a specific extra, like the alternative endings in your case, then you can use flaskmpeg to preview the individual vob files until you find the one you want.

It's hard to tell which are which though....they seem a bit thrown all over! I'v not watched the movie yet, so don't want to spoil it by looking through the different files. Anyone know which are the extras?

After reading post I was curious so I ripped Swordfish. It looks like the alternate endings are at the end of VTS_01_1 and all of VTS_01_2 and the audio is track 4 (in DVD2AVI). There is also a Music video in the first part of VTS_03_1, and the trailer is at the end of the movie files. Hope this helps.
