    could anybody tell me more about this player? i read some of the reviews on the dvd list. But everyone talks about alll the formats it could play. And what i would like to know is how good it gives off a picture??? i currently have the Sony DVP-NS315. would it be a wise choice to replace my sony with the new apex 2100? would anybody know or think the apex 2100 would give off a better picture?? any suggestions would be great

    If you are into playing all kinds of DVD,VCD,SVCD,CDVD,mp3 and some formats authored on cheepy CDs, this one will play. DVD movie play on this DVD is good too. But if you are really into more top of the line quality, why not wait for AD 2500 with progressive scan. That one should came out soon.

    the progressive scan feature wouldent do nothing for me thouge unless i have a HDTV right?? or would there be a slight change but not by much?
