    I was reading another website's outdated info and they mentioned making DVCD's???? I want to make vcd's that hold whatever length I want. What settings do I need to use to get this to happen in TMPGEnc. I want to burn it as an XVCD but lower bitrate instead of higher so I can get two hours of video.
