I have a All In Wonder Radeon card and I tried PowerVCR II instead of MMC 7.6 and in windows 2000 pro the video quality is poor. First there is alot of macroblocks and jerky playback speed. The video source I am using is Direct TV . I installed there patch and it's still bad. Could virtual memory settings in win2000 be a problem? Please help!

At what bit rate do you get blocks? VCD and SVCD will give you some blocks. Only a bit rate over 4000kb/sec will look quite good.

I tried in the 3-4 Mb/s settings, I hate to say this but the MMC 7.6 looked better. I checked the mfg's website and they say they support the aiw radeon but the manual said pci and usb support only.

ATI AIW works fine with PowerVCR (WDM driver). You will get better quality video with WinVCR (Cineplayer VCR?) it has a better encoder than PowerVCR. 352x480 at 4Mb/sec should give you very nice quality, at least it did for me.
