    Anyone know how to convert MPEG2 (m2v) to any other format such as mpg,avi,mov?

    Search PM
    Open with DVD2AVI using PVAStrumento only if necessary
    Save as .d2v and .mpa
    convert .mpa to .wav
    write avisynth script to create an .avs file
    open with virtualdub
    save as .avi or frameserve to TMPGEnc

    There are other ways, but I use this method for converting MPEG-2 files from a Creative Video Blaster VCR to MPEG-1
