what does this mean?

I downloaded a movie...and I tried to make a .wav

and this is what it say

ACM reported error on audio decompress (200)

what does that mean and how do i still make the .wav file?

I got the same error while working with The Bourne Identity. I thought that it was AC3 audio, but I still haven't been able to figure out whats what. I am going to be watching this thread for more information.
