    If I purchase TmpgEnc and there are updates, do you have to keep paying for each new version?

    Buying or not Buying is your choice, if you find the software usefull and good for your needs, and you find yourself using it alot, then moral lesson would be to buy it.

    It is an excellent software tool for video enthusiasts of any kind!
    All 2.X plus version updates are free for those who buy the proggy
    When TMPGenc gonna be in 3.X status, there will be a need for a new registration, probably in a lower cost.

    I bought it, it was worth it to me, since the program is so essential to what I do. No more 30-day crap, perfect operation every time, can't complain.
