TMPGenc 2.56 out today

At project wizard, if source file is DV format, always "bottom field first"is applied, and no field order detection is applied any more.

Supports reading more TGA formats : no compression 8/16/32bit, RLE compression 8/16/24/32bit (Previous version only supported "no compression 24bit".)

Bug fix : at AVI file output, sometime a frame was outputted as key frame despite it was not.

An AVI file which was outputted by TMPGEnc Plus was not sometime played in WMP properly with an error "Invalid file".

At AVI file out put, progress bar can be displayed properly even if interleave is "0".

That's nice to know, but my problem with TmpgEnc is this: I CAN'T BUY THE FREAKIN' PLUS PROGRAM OFF THEIR SITE!! I used a valid credit card, checked the balance, but the site tells me the card is no good. HELP!!

The "Invalid File" problem is still there for me. I still cannot open by MJPEG files and miniDV files . . . . but I can open them if I file serve them.

I still have TMPGEnc 12a and no problems at all.

Strange ??
