Hi,
What is difference between Pioneer DVR104 and DVR-A04? which one is better? what is difference between DVR-A04SPK3 and DVR-A04SPK? Based on this web site (http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduct.asp?submit=manufactory&catalog=156&manufactory=1167&DEPA=1) those two Pioneers have exactly the same specifications but have difference prices. I already called the sale department asking about those two pioneers and they say they are the same but they don't know why the prices are different. Can anyone explain for me please? Any help is very appreciated. Thanks for advance.

There is no difference between the hardware.. the difference is with the package that you get.

Try burning with something else, Prassi ?. I have had lousy results with Nero - don't ask me why. Try different media brands - some players are more willing to accept one brand over another - e.g. the APEX players seem willing to accept anything you throw at them whereas my Panasonic is happiest when I use branded media (vis-a-vis generic media).

I have only had the burner 2 days and used two discs, both which are disasters, i actually have Instant CD/DVD software which cost £15 so i am trying to get some use out of it, however have nero which i havnt tried yet, i think this is going to be an expensive way of getting to grips with the ultimate, ie, the perfect burnt cd, its the 1 hour wasted each time which grinds me to a halt. have to do my ironing in the meantime i guess. Thanks for the info, i will try everything just to get a decent copy
