  1. Ive tried all of these proggys and none of them seem to work with my
ATI TV WONDER VE except for IUVCR but it was horrible. It looked like I was watching a beatup old vhs tape with lines and half screens.
Is anyone having the same problem Im having with ATI?
Ati works fine buy itself, but shouldnt I be able to use other programs
    with my card?
I really want to use Winvcr so I wont have to encode to put on VCD.
None of them will initialize the device card

  2. Try this post here on VCDHelp:

It worked. When you install WINvcr (buy it from Ebay, it's cheaper) get the upgrade from the maker's web site, THEN apply the changes that modeler_us recommends.

The resulting SVCD looks very, very good. If it isn't as good as a VHS, remember that its media costs 15 cents versus the $5 for a good VHS tape.
