    Im a mac os 9.2.2 user and I use toast to burn my vcd´s which i view on my Philips dvd player. I have never burned svcd´s but i have a file thats a .bin file and 800 mb. How can i burn this and view on my dvd player? using vcdgear? how can i burn them 800 mb files when i got only 750 mb cd´s?

    please help me out dudes or dudets?

  2. this may sound stupid, but try burning your .bin under disc-image mode in Toast anyway. it *might* still work.

    but if it tells you it's too big.. i think you're going to have to extract the .mpeg from the .bin, split it up, re-encode it to two separate .bin files, and burn it onto 2 CD's. this process require programs that only run in OS X, plus virtual PC, as far as i'm aware. i may be wrong though...
