when i open the folder with my downloaded movies i get a message saying the found divx direct show decoder (divx_c32.ax) may be incompadable with the current operating system . please install divx 3.11 AND 4.0+ what should i do i have divx 5.20

for divx 3.11 i cant seem to put it on cause it asks me if i want to add kristal codecs i say yes and then it says cant find the folder of canot find file divx.dll what should i do to get it to work? thanks

I really don't understand why you are having a problem as the DivX player version 5.02, which has everything included. This means all the codecs are in there with the installation from the old 3.11 to the current codec.
There wasn't a need for me the install different codecs separately, so why are you getting this strange error message.
In fact you can still download the old DivX Playa for computers which are unable to cope with the new version. The playa is great for a low processor computer. This one is updated to include everything required for a workable result.
