    Does anyone have one of these?
    How is this thing with VCD and SVCD playback?
    According to http://www.iamnotageek.com/cgi-bin/reviews.cgi?name=n501&p=1 , this player has on screen eye candy to cds and mp3 cds. It also has gaming capabilites (theres about 10 games for it on amazon.com). Did a quick search for it and found it for $200.

    Does anybody have any info on the samsung N501? Anybody tried playing CD-R/W (S)VCDs on it before?? Thanks in advance.

    i have the n-501 and have created vcd,and xvcd that work
    great on cdr and cdrw.i havent got a svcd to work yet but think it has to do with my bit rate settings.anyone that has created a svcd that works could you post your method.
