I downloaded a DivX movie and I need to know if it is NTSC, NTSC Film, or PAL. How do I figure it out?
In a search I found this question asked, but I'm using Windows Media Player 7 so I can not use that method.
If anybody can help I would REALLY appreciate it. Thanks.

You'll need VirtualDub. After you get that, open the DivX file up and go to File Information. Here, it should tell you everything you need to know.

/program files/windows media player/mplayer2.exe <----
You'll find this on ME/2000/XP its the older version of media player where checking frame rates and tweaking codec is alot easier than the new one.
