I live in Mexico and buying DVD-R media is tricky. We have the well known branded media and unbranded generics that sell by the lot, but vendors never discuss their generic brand, so we don't know what we are actually buying.
One of them is offering Plasmon in bulk at an unbelievable price, So I'd like to know if someone has ever used them and how reliable they are.
I need to buy them by the hundred and I dont wanna buy useless crap.
Thanks!

By the way, don't you all think we should have a "Media Only" forum?

lemme guess this price of media is from cd-recordable.com and is blue bottom, that is plasmon media, it's made in the usa, last time I ordered from there it was blue bottom and a white top, good quaility media, however they might have changed the dye type, anyway all I know is I bought some from there and the inner right said plasmon.

Thanks. This guy is selling them online and his store is here at Mexico City, and I canīt believe he sells the media at $3 dollars each, while I've been buying dvd-r media from $7 at up to $35 dollars a piece!
