Problem - Resizing in CCE 2.50

I have tried everything that I know of to get a resolution of 480 x 480 from my input capture of 640 x 480.

virtualdub resize filter frameserve to CCE 2.50
AVI file resized to 480 x 480 with virtual dub and used to input to CCE
dvd2svcd all resize settings using avisynth

No matter what I try the file that is output by CCE is 640 x 480 which is the original capture resolution. It's like CCE is ignoring any resize commands

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Well looks like there isnt a problem afterall...some dummie changed the settings in the player without realalizing it and that was the problem.

Everything is back working as it is supposed to now.
