    Hi. I've seen this templat tha i have no clue where to get. Its for PS2 you can burn mpeg2 files but theres certain settings for them. I was wondering becasue alotta my friends have no stand alone dvd players only PS2's, Is there a way to make a compliant vcd/svcd for PS2?

  2. Yes, there's a way to make a disc playable on your ps2.

    You MUST encode to DVD standards.

    You MUST author in a DVD authoring application like DVDit or SpruceUp or whatever you can afford.

    You MUST "Region-Patch" your Video_ts.ifo with DVD Decrypter. (shareware) to region 1.

    And you MUST burn to a DVD-R with NERO 5.5.8.0.

    If you go for the 5.5.8.2 version it has an issue about PS2 compatibility.
