I have a PAL DVD I'm trying to convert to NTSC SVCD (because my player's PAL conversion SUCKS)... I'm using TMPGEnc, with "Do Not Frame Rate Conversion" checked, output set to 23.976 fps and the audio wav file resampled to the correct length for 23.976 fps playback. The resulting file has perfect audio sync (which indicates the frame rate is correct), but the video is jerky, anything in motion jerks about twice per second, any ideas? THANKS 8)
