tmpgenc audio and templates

hi

i have tried the search for these 2 questions but couldn't come up with an answer so here goes.
1. when i encode the video and audio (wav. from vdub) then try to preview it i get no sound ?
2. when i go to the templates as per the newbie conversion guide, i don't get all the templates as they show , so when i want to make a vcd ntsc my template shows vcd mcf . so when i click to open it , at the bottem of the screen in tmpenc it says it pal 23 or 25 fps.
can someone please point me in the right direction. i'm running out of hair to pull out .

If you look in the TMPGEnc folder there should be a sub-folder named templates, are all the templates in this folder, there should be 3 VCD (PAL,NTSC and NTSCfilm), 3 SVCD (PAL,NTSC and NTSCfilm) and 2 DVD (PAL and NTSC). If they are not there try downloading TMPGEnc again.
