When I load the movie it says, MPEG-1 512x216 23.976fps CBR 1150kbps, Layer-2 48000Hz 192kbps. I loaded VideoCD(NTSCFilm) and when I played it in my DVD player it cut of a lot of the movie. So could someone help me and tell me what settings to use so it will look like it does on the computer?

I am using TMPEG, and nero to burn. I also have Easy CD Creator 5 Platinum. What would be the best way to do it?

This can help but you are about to reencode, not good for quality.
Tmpgenc:
Load your source
load NTSCfilm template
Goto settings - Advanced and set source aspect ratio to "1:1 VGA"
set video arrengement to "fullscreen (keep aspect ratio)"
and your go to go. Hit "start" and wait, burn in nero. -
