  1. Hello everyone,

what method do you use to pay for a Peacock subscription or gift card outside the United States ?

With a French payment card, I can't sign up for a subscription or a gift card. I wouldn't mind buying a virtual US card, but I'd be surprised if Peacock accepts them, non-residential cards, because of broadcasting rights.

Has anyone here ever managed to sign up for a subscription or get a gift card outside of the United States ? Which service did you use ?

After that, I know that I need to use a VPN to watch the stream.

Thank you in advance for your help.

  3. Well thanks johns0, but I already use Proton VPN to access Peacock website with an US IP (owerwise Peackock show the message above),

but that's not enough to purchase a subscription or a gift card with a french payment card...

The payment is blocked because the payment card is French. It seems that a bank card purchased with proof of US residency is the only solution. But I can't imagine that i'm the only one in this situation and I tell myself that someone must have already found a solution to resolve this.

Maybe I need to create a US PO box and then sign up for a credit card with this address. But even that, I'm not sure it's possible (probably a US ID part is required...).

On the other hand, if it is technically feasible I'd just like your experience to know which banking service is safe for doing this kind of thing.

  5. Thanks october262, but when I try to pay with my Google Pay (with or without VPN), I get "440: There was a problem with your transaction." Probably because my payment card in Google Pay is not a US card.

And of course, whether I try to create an US account from Google Pay or Pay Pal, an US phone number is necessary...

I go around in circles . But it seems logical: Peacock must ensure that their customers are American.

  6. Well, I finally managed to buy a $25 Peacock gift card with Paypal (linked to my French bank card), but when I use the gift card to pay for the Peacock subscription, with my VPN, I get the message "We are unable to determine if you're in a location that offers SkyShowtime."

I'll ask a friend who has another VPN if she gets the same message (maybe not if her VPN is better than mine)... Otherwise I would have lost $25 . But I had to take my chance, so... .

It is possible to see on https://magyarkaszinooldalak.com/casino/lemon/ how transparent payment systems manage issues with regional card restrictions.

In such cases, I always use PayPal. It has often helped me out. It's a pity that not all online stores support this type of payment system.

On a related note, if you're into online gaming, Fast Payout Casinos https://nflupdate.co/ are worth exploring. These platforms ensure quick and hassle-free withdrawals, making it easier to enjoy your winnings without unnecessary delays. It's a great way to enhance your gaming experience while keeping things efficient.

Thank you in advance for your help.
Using a virtual US card like StatesCard or Wise has worked for some users to pay for Peacock outside the US. Pair it with a US billing address, and it should work.

  11. Reminds me that some years ago the forum would censor any word that just so happened to contain the word “cock” like “Hancock Park”.
