Suddenly, tsMuxerGUI removes a video stream from a splitted file

But here's the catch:

1) it removes the stream from all parts except the first one;
2) the size is if the stream was still somewhere inside the file.

It's also stopped processing files if a source file name isn't in English. I don't know what happened and don't remember tweaking the settings.
