    So I normally use thdmerge.exe to merge my THD and AC3 so it plays on my x700 but the file I'm working with has an EC3 and thdmerge.exe doesn't support EC3. I don't care about the EC3 though, I would rather just get rid of it and make a fake AC3 file that matches my THD so I can merge them and listen to the THD.

    Anyone know of a way to make a fake AC3 so I can merge it with my THD?

    Recode the eac3 to ac3.
    Can be done with clever FFmpeg-GUI.
