Is there a way to insert files into a BIN image?

I have burned a VCD using Ulead DVD MovieFactory. Then I used CDRWin to create a BIN/CUE files. I want to burn the BIN again with winlock to copy protect the VCD.

But I also want to make the VCD autorun, inserting the autorun.inf and vcd_play.exe that comes with WinOnCD. I cannot use the winoncd because I need the easy way to create the menus and chapter that Ulead DVDMF does.

Any idea how to insert files into a BIN image?
