why when i rip dvds using dvd 2 avi and encode at 2520 svcd using tmpgenc do i still get slight breakup when there is high motion (even at slow high quality seting). however when i am converting my high bitrate (around 3000) divx disks to svcd i don't get this problem.
is it that tmpgenc doesn't like working from vobs thru dvd 2 avi.
anyone know anything about this?
