    Have been sent a video file called XXXX.crdownload and can find no way of opening it. Can anyone help please? Mark

    crdownload is a temporal file which chrome creates while downloading. (it creates chunks of the download)
    If the file still exists the download wasn't finished, if you are lucky you can analyse the file with mediainfo.
    In case it does show the format, you can adjust the extension and thus may be at least see the beginning of the downloaded video.
