Hi from Lowestoft in England..The Most Easterly town in the country..
My names Paul, am nearly 60 and i'm really trying to learn something specific
Please be Gentle with me, I have had 2 strokes and 7 TIA's [mini-strokes] So i really need things explaining very simply
I may ask some dumb ass questions, but it's just how things are these days
