I have a Panasonic VHS /DVD player Model RDXV60KB
When I insert a video cassette
It tries to play , the tape goes on the head then after 5-10 seconds
Stops and does nothing .
The motor in the Head spins and the cogs
In left and right of the cassette attempt to rotate .
DVD player works fine .
Any ideas or suggestions welcome
