Could someone suggest me where to find a web page where they compare different TV/Video cards (including resulotion)?
Or
Suggest a good card for a reasonable price (round 100$)?
My requirements are:
* External, that is via USB
* View realtime TV
* Reasonable quality Capture from VHS tapes (note that my old VHS tape recordings are not the best Q., but I don't want a worse quality after capturing), to VCD format
And if there are some special comments regarding USB TV cards (e.g. impossible to get good capturing, etc)
Thanks
