403 forbidden in downloading bharat acharya videos.

This is what stream detector detected:

If I type this in ytdlp it shows the below error:

ERROR: Unsupported URL: https://bae-enc.sgp1.digitaloceanspaces.com/videos/313/dash-enc/990dc311d738e30beea3d3fd3cd17105.mpd

I then remove "enc" and paste it.

Please help me fix this issue.

I've heard there is a cookie method. How will that work in this case? Can you share sample command?
