  1. i normally use princo 80 min cdr's to write vcd's and they work perfect but havin probs getting them tried 7 other type cdr with no joy they write but wont play have used discs that others have written and they work ok but when i burn using these cdr my player wont have it. wondering if different players burn differently with different discs any help greatfull....also anyone know where i can get some princo 80 2x - 24x cdr's. location near manchester

  3. why don't you just burn at a lower speed and c if it helps you play them....

    also, how old is your burner...i had a really old 2x burner that had problems burning these cheapo, generic cd-rs..but i got an 8x burner and burned the exact same cd-rs fine

    btw, just cuz those princo cd-r's have a "brand name" on them...they are essentially the same as those cheapo, generic cd-r's if they are made in taiwan...all the cheap cd-rs are made in taiwan...so if you do get those princo cd-r's..look on the side and see where they are made...if they're made in taiwan, then they're no better than the 20 cent generic cd-rs
