Convert video to make them compatible with TV codec

Hello,

I'm faced to the following problem: I have a number of video files some of them are played on my TV, others - NOT.
I contacted the TV manufacturer (LG) and asked what requirements (i.e. resolution, codec, etc.) the video file must meet to play on TV.
But had no response.
I wonder if anyone has encountered a similar problem?
Here is some example with feature of played and failed to play files:

(1) Fail to play

Your TV plays AVC but not HEVC. Not a huge mystery or surprise. Your AVC files are HD, your HEVC files are UHD. Different codecs, different raster sizes.

You didn't give a model number, but its capabilities are certainly listed in the manual and/or online.

Likely your TV does not support HEVC (h.265), only AVC (h.264) . Files 1,2 are HEVC , Files 3,4 are AVC

The other possibility is UHD vs. FHD . Files 1,2 are 3840x2160, Files 3,4 are 1920x1080 .

My TV is UHD, so the resolution shouldn't be a problem.
Is it possible while keeping the resolution, convert files 1, 2 to h.264?
