Download from v.qq (tencent video)

Hi. I am trying to download this video:
v.qq.com/x/cover/mzc00200hjn787s/o0034gwh7sb.html

It is geoblocked, so I am able to watch it with a VPN, but I have been unable to download it. I tried using tubedigger, but for some reason it doesn't detect the video unless I paste it in the application, and if I paste it in the application, it will only load 3 minutes of the video (not downloading, but loading, so the application thinks it's a 3 minute vid)

I don't really know anything about coding, so I don't really know what to do. If possible, I would like to download in 720p with the subtitles. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

How did you get that link? I used vpn to access the video and find it on network but still couldn't find the m3u8 full duration video link.
