Hi guys,
During a windy day, I tried to film some landscapes. Because of the wind, after a few minutes sharpening, the film blurred. After that, it sharpened again.
Is there any scripts to fix this?
Should I separate the sharpened parts and the blur parts and fix the blur part only?
Thank you so much.

Blurred images cannot be "fixed" spatially only. Imagine you have one number you know it is a sum (more exactly, a weighted average: a sum of scaled summands divided by the count of summands); you will not be able to discover which summands it was calculated from. A variety of possible summands could have led to the same value. There are so-called "sharpening" filters, but they only visually enhance remaining differences, and in the worst case, the most prominent differences may be compression artifacts which will be enhanced.
So either live with the result or cut it out. Or ... well, there may be "AI" filters. But their result is not guaranteed to satisfy, it may look subtly artifical.
