VSDC Properties Window: Common Settings

Hello All,

I'm new to the forum with lots of newbie questions.

In a Youtube video I'm watching the producer is showing something in the Properties Window, but mine doesn't look like his. There is a sub section called Common Settings. I can't bring it up. What do I do, where do I find it?

Don't use it but inevitably some features will only be available in the fully paid version. Are you using the free version ?

Better to link to that youtube video, ensure that your software is up to date and surely, if this guy really is using the same software then you should have some user support from the co. that sold it to you.

Maybe I was a little harsh. I do, actually, have an older free version installed. So provide the youtube link and I will take a closer look.

On my version there is a 'wheel' on the top right that invokes various settings options.

Thank you DB. I just figured it out. When you highlight a segment, the properties window changes to "common settings" where many more options are easily seen. So often in graphic software of all kinds it's hard to find the right button as it is hidden behind other buttons.
