Issues downloading a public video from Facebook

New here so sorry if in the wrong place.
I have been using a tool called '4K Video Downloader' to download videos from Facebook. As long as the video have been public in setting I have been able for download video from pages and groups. However, a recent video is proving problematic. I have contacted 4K downloader help but just get told the video is not public yet it clearly is according to the post. I include a link to the post here and hope someone can help with an explanation and possibly a solution to my inability to download the clip.
