Help How to test cdm keys

Hello guys , How can i test cdm lvl 1 to lvl 3 keys ? any tools that you guys recommend ?

also extract exract key from my android phones and use it for personal use will it work for long without getting blacklisted if i dont share it

I think it probably depends how you use it... I'm sure there are certain things that you may do that could flag up as an issue leading to blacklisting
