Few questions on the PV-233

I've just ordered the PV-233 from Provideo in Taiwan. I was quite suprised at how cheap it was ($105 including shipping). I live in the UK, so how long usually is the delivery time?

I've heard about registry changes which will make the capture quality better. Does anyone have these registry changes/site where i can download them? Also do these changes work for PAL captures or just NTSC VCDs?

One last question..when i've used a normal TV card to capture audio from a video, I get a lot of audio tape hiss. Is there a filter for the PV-233 which can remove this, or am i just going to have to use cool edit to try and remove it?

I think they work for both the Pv231-233. There you'll find a lot of info, too. As for the hiss I've never encountered that problem with my PV231. Check your cables, tapes, or vcr if you are using one.
