    I am running Windows XP, 1.2Ghz, 383 MB Ram, 2 x 40GB Hdd...

I never have problems with DVD Rips, but am having problems capturing now. I had no problems in the past however...

I am dropping over 200% of frames when capturing from my ATI VE card.

I am open to any suggestions that I can get...

  2. How can you possibly drop 200% of frames. If you drop every single frame you try to capture that is only 100%

Yeah 200% is like dropping every single frames, twice.

I would think you meant 20%. You should try different encoding method.

Have you upgraded your mobo? If it has an ALI chipset, you will have problems with ATI TV Wonder...

Well, if I HAVE to, i will revert to WinME, but I'd really rather not. I have finally gotten my system set up the way I *like* it.. Kinda like breaking in a new pair of shoes... Hurts at first, but comfortable after a while....

    Any other ideas?
