    This program is a great all in one tool. The encoder isn't as good as TMPEG or CCE, but like I stated, it's good for an ALL IN ONE package. The menu creation and chapter point options are great. The only thing that pisses me off (or maybe I'm overlooking something) is that it wont' let you create XVCD's (no unlocking of VCD encoding paramaters), but it does let you create XSVCD's because it allows you to change the template to diff bitrates. I've even tried creating a new template, but for MPEG1 it only allows VCD specs, whic is garbage. But still a great program, not sure how much it costs though.

    The program is meant for DVD initially, so maybe my points about VCD should have no bearing on what you need it for.
