  1. good day,

I have a 90 movie taped from TV, and I am wondering if it is possible using TMPCgenc or another program, to get that 90 minutes to fit onto a regular 80 minute CDR disc, even if the quality of the video is not as good. I don't feel like wasting a second disc for only 10 mins of video, and I did take out all the commercials, so I can't crop anything out.

Thanks in advance if somebody has any ideas.

    Cheryl-Anne.

or, you can use 99min,850mb cd-r's and get the whole thing on one vcd with no problem 8) i put 950mb & up mpeg's on them all the time without changing anything from the default setting's for a ntsc vcd in TMPGEnc.

  6. VCD4Me, thanks for your info and the direct link
and yes, that was mighty gentleman like

I am depressed though, I went through the all the steps on the tutorial,
but when it made my movie, it was still about the same size, around 900megs, and will not fit on one cd.

I did everything in the tutorial up to where you input "video" and "audio"....

    I only have a .mpg - so perhaps that's where I went wrong ?

    I don't know

  8. Yeah I know it's frustrating

I have a 89 minute movie and I asked newgen he said just runth stard vcdTemplate. So I did but the file went
    from 696.42mb > 889.04mb

I made a post asking what I did wrong and no answer yet.

If I get an answer I'll pm you
I hope you'll do the same if you find out.

I'm going to read the guide again to see if I can figure it out but you know its only 4 pages long.my question is on page 4 near the bottom
