    Hi
    I am new at this and I have no idea about what to do first or what I need.
    I have a avi movie I want to make into a VCD to play on my DVD player.
    I already downloaded TMPGENC. Now what?

    I would appreciate any help or info you can give..
    I am running windows XP with a pent 4 if that helps

    Saphire try this guide it's under convert 1st guide I use it all the time and have no problems but read everyhing on there including down the bottom where it says problems with tmpgenc
