hi
i am using a pentium 4 1.7 with 1.5 gbs of ram. After i have ripped a dvd with smart ripper or dvd decrypter i load it into dvd2avi which then does its job extremely quick. It is as if the movie is play while fast forward is being pressed.
Any suggestions as to what might cause this
Thanks

also, it could be that the track currently selected has no audio, hence it will preview faster...
if you're referring to making a project file, the faster your comp, the faster it will create the project file (also make sure there is a .wav file produced)...if dvd2avi doesn't have to extract and decode DD audio track to .wav file, it will go alot faster, but u need the .wav audio file for later
